u can buy vitamin e from any supermarket such as woolworths/safeway/coles etc. anyone can go in and buy it.

apply vitamin e after ur shower but before bed....coz u do it after ur shower and it will soak in to ur skin better...and if its before bed it will give it plenty of time to sink in without bein rubbed off.

rose hip oil is also good for stretch marks.

In the United States, you can get vitamin E oil over the counter, often in the section with the lotion. I bought some after having ACL surgery on my knee, to help with the scar.

From what I understand, there are no creams that are very effective on stretch marks. You may want to save up for a laser treatment. See this article: http://www.cosmeticscop.com/learn/article.asp?PAGETYPE=ART&REFER=SKIN&ID=148

Vitamin E is available in the supplement/vitamin section of your store. It comes in capsules and you cut the capsule open and squeeze it out on to your finger or skin.
