Walk is walk whether morning or anytime of day. But morning walk is preferred because u get fresh air to breath and your mind is also fresh and your organs respond very well. Efforts put in during morning give better results. And the best benefit is that morning walk is a time when you get a chance to go out of your home and meet your beloved.

You start your day off right
Get your metabolism pumping
Get to do a little thinking
Enjoy the beauty of the morning (it's always nice to be out really early!)
Get fresh air and oxygen to your lungs and brain so you can think clearly.
Stress reliever
Gets you in a good mood before work
And last but not least the health benefits because you will stay in shape!
