Some of the erythromycin suspensions do not have to be refridgerated, but to be safe, you might want to leave it in the fridge. The one you have actually does not have to be in the fridge.

Yes. All antibiotics in liquid form should be refrigerated. The pharmacist should have put that on the label, and told you when you picked it up.
