does a man's testacles hang out in utter vulnerability? The scientific reason is that the body temperature of most mammals is too high to produce semen. Why wouldn't an Intelligent Designer have simply waved his hand and changed the laws of chemistry so that the testicals could be on the INSIDE?

Not to mention, those useless man nipples.

If the Intelligent Designer changed the laws of chemistry, the testacles would be on the inside, BUT new problems with the human body would arise. Then, you would ask the same question, but this time concerning another organ in the body. What I mean is that there will never be a set of laws of chemistry that can allow the testacles to be on the inside and at the same time prevents new problems. Otherwise, it would be a contradiction (impossibility). for example, suppose that the reaction of Hydrogen and Oxygen gives water in a place but gives another compound in another place, for no chemical reason. Wouldn't that be a contradiction (impossibility)?!

Perfect Intelligence sees it as a contradiction (impossibility) because intelligence does not go beyond matter and laws of nature (chemistry, physics,...), and what we have is a contradiction on the material (natural) level. But God is super-natural and above matter and its laws. He is able of allowing this material contrdiction even if it is impossible on the natural level. That is called the miracle.

Then why didn't God make this mircale?
If God makes a miracle whenever humans need, then our world would simply be Heaven. God does not want us to be in Heaven before we (biologically) die.
