I never had asthma before until I stayed at my frineds house who has three cats.

That would be an allergy, not asthma...If you mention the word asthma, they wont let you in...

Since you only get "asthma" around cats are you sure it's asthma and not just an allergy to cats? The symptoms can be fairly similar.

Well if you only have asthma when your around cats and never any other time.......i didn't tell you this.....just don't tell anyone about it.....when you sign your paperwork.... and don't get scared when they say if you say anything false on your paperwork, you will get reprimanded. Just act like you never had a thing wrong with you had have that confidence, and you'll be good for the army at least. Other branches of services im no so sure about.

That sounds like an Allergy not asthma. Asthma is a disqualifier from military service, you will find out at MEPS.

I doubt that will show up in the physical, so I don't think you will have any problem. Unless we invade some old cat womans house.

sounds like allergies to me my friend, and you should be alright with that, im in the army and im so allergic to cats i cant even enter a room with one in it.
