I'm 15, 5'1" and weigh, last I checked, about 83 pounds. I've been told I need to gain weight in order to grow, especially in these teen years. The past three days, I've probably consumed over 2000 calories. Do you think this is a good idea for me...at least until I reach a certain weight? I'm also a girl.

You should start eating healthy food as soon as possible. 5'1" for 15 year old is short...you need to eat well to grow taller. You should weight around 100lbs.

U need an idea to gain a weight follow these simple steps take a cup of fresh curd mix it few kismiss + coconut+ few badham + few pista + few dry dates + and 1 tsp of honey and take it daily in an empty stomach.
