if you are getting a fiance visa for the usa make sure you do get marry. that visa doesn't allows change of status.horrible.
by the way, this what they asked me:
where and when i met him
when was the last time i saw him
if left the usa the time i entered with a student visa
and than they told me in my petition there was a part missing (the one where we both say we have the intention of getting married within 90 days from my arrival in usa soil), and asked me if i could get in touch with my fiance and have him faxing his statement.
i am sure i went to the embassy with every single paper (i went over and over). so i believe they simply want to test if i was i contact with him
