when put something after 5 minutes should I for got wher i put the things and after waisting in hours

this is a state of memory distraction,not loss,it has many causes mostly anxiety and depression which will lead to mental fatigueness,unless you are over75 years of age,anyhow you should check with your doctor to find out about it.

Hope you are not young, otherwise you do have something to worry about! But see that you have fixed places to keep keys, money etc.don't leave them in different places each time.
