The process to achieve faith is association with advanced spiritual aspirants either in person or through their teachings. One should accept at least a diksa guru and if possible siksa gurus. This is the process for achieving the faith necessary to accept the existence of life on the eternal platform. That is the first rung of understanding the Absolute.

"Just try to learn the truth by approaching a spiritual master. Inquire from him submissively and render service unto him. The self-realized souls can impart knowledge unto you because they have seen the truth."

We know spiritual Guru from the scriptures. And the same scriptures tell us the importance of the spiritual Guru in our lives along with how to identify spiritual Guru and his qualifications etc...
