It is her life, so just support her and let her know that whatever happens you will still be her friend, if you are talking her out of it it could seem that you are jealous. I got married at 19 and must say it was the biggest mistake I ever made, but I also know many people who married very young and they are blissfully happy. It all depends on the person, and if that is her decision then there is not much you can do to change her mind.

Hey I totally know how you feel. I felt like that when my best friend got engaged to be married. And again when my younger cousin got married. Its a normal feeling to have when you love that person. You fear that the worst could happen and you just want to protect the people you love. A standing ovation for you.
Only thing you can do is pray for her happiness. If sh!t does hit the fan, BE THERE FOR HER. In the meantime, share her happiness while it last.
Btw, I thought only Malays have that thinking where if girls are not married by 21, they would be called spinsters. Guess I am one of the spinsters now. :(

All you can do is let her know that you think she's still too young to be making a lifelong commitment like that. At 19, you still have a lot of years ahead of you. Most people spend that age going out and having a good time with their friends. Just make sure she is confident in her decision. If she tells you she is, then as a good friend you need to be supportive of her and try to be happy for her. You can also let her know that if she's unsure, she can talk to you about it. But whatever you do, DON'T try to talk her out of it. Just express your concern and support whatever decision she makes.

You sound like my best freind, worried yet happy for her. Welcome to the new day and age. Let her know your concerns as that is what a best friend would do, but most definetly support her, cause I can garentee you her mind is made up. I admire how you care!

really, she has made up her mind and there is not really anything you can say.she will learn.i have had a few of my friends marry when we were that age, a few i tried to say something and ended up in a fight, or them telling me i was jealous.the others i left alone.now we can all laugh about it cause i can say i told you so, cause every single one of them is divorced.but who knows hopefully it wil work out for her, if shes happy let it be

if your best friend is in love don't try to stop her. age makes no difference when it comes to love. if she believes that she can handle marriage at that age then you shouldn't try to stop her. support her as much as you can and show her have kind of friend you are.

If the guy treats her well and she is happy then just assure her that you will always be there for her and be happy for her. There is nothing you can say or do. Be happy for your friend.
