He keeps making plans with me and then blowing me off, and i really like him i dont know what to say or do to get him to come over. why would he do this?

If he keeps blowing you off then "He's just not that into you". Next time he makes plans with you, you should either blow him off or tell him you're busy, when you become unavailable, he'll probably become more interested b/c that's how most men are for some reason. If he still blows you off after that then move on sistah!

If he says one thing but does another then actions speak louder than words! Why would he blow off someone he's falling for? Doesn't make sense, therefore, it sounds like a lie. And he ain't the only fish in the sea so if I were you I'd move on and find the right one for ya.

The next time he tries to make plans with you. Say you are busy. You deserve to be treated better than this. Someone who is falling for you do not do this. Check out other guys.

I've dealt with this, and most likely it means he's afraid. The first time I ever felt love I was scared to death and avoided the guy for months until I recognized that it was love I was feeling. But ask him about it!

I think your too nice, girls like to be PERSUED! your not a bootycall who he can be called anytime and just be blown off. Pls think highly of yourself you deserve the best. He is taking you for granted that you'll always be there. I suggest you put your foot down and let him have a taste of his own medicine. Let's see how he'll be!

I hope he doesn't have a girl or wife on the side. My Ex did that that is why he is my Ex.
