Yes! they do... actually the USA law applies to illegal aliens too!... the government benefits do not.... you need a VALID SSN for benefits given by the government.... You have all the rights any other US resident has, except voting, working, and staying here... By the law you should get back to your country because you don't have a permit for working or living in the US... and only citizens can vote.....

I am PRO immigrants... and the above are just pure facts...
