Complain to the management that maintainance is over-chlorinating the pool.

Get a new moisturizer for super sensitive skin.

First of all, try to reduce the amount of chlorine. BUT! we all know that somethings are not within our control!

So what you need to do is...
use sunblock or moisturizer---one with SPF at least 15 for you.

Go to a mall near you and ask CLINIQUE--they have very good sunblock/moisturizers.

Secondly, I really hope that your "baby soft glowing skin" is not the skin you have right after you swim, ie after getting a tan or something. That is really harmful to your skin--the glow especially. I know that it may seem nice and stuff--but its not, the glow is just an indication that you've been in the sun for too long! Try swimming in the shade too.

Anyways, like i said, its probably more than just the chlorine!

**** Luck!

Since it only happens after you swim, I suspect your lotion and the chlorine are creating a bad reaction. I suggest washing your face with a really mild cleanser, like baby soap or something similar, before applying the lotion. That way you are washing the chlorine off first.

Stop using that lotion. After a swim shower well then you can try a lotion on your face. If it still stings go to a lotion for sensitive skin.

yes i agree - complain, my dad works as a pool fixerupperer and tell them to put more acid solution/ph solution i forget which one in to balance it out asap. Try QV brand, they dont sting because i get the same thing - especially in winter or try somthing for skin with psoriosis or exma it works! dont stop your swimming its so good for you. try seeing a dermatologist, and dermalogica brand are great too. but make sure your moisturiser doesnt have any alcahol in it, hope it helps and keep out of the sun!
