i think if you have an experience or background with hotel and restaurant management, you will be a good candidate for the cruise ship job. why don't you try to check all the cruise liner web site.
try princess, carnival, norwegian, holland america, costa and visit travel agent, they might have the listing of other cruise liners.

Genius is right. NCL always has openings for staff. You have to be able to work for atleast 30 days tho on board. Good luck to you.
