When it's winter I get dry skin there but it ressembles circles and puffed up skin. I put a little bit of moisturizer and I also buy liquid tears to keep my eyes from becoming to dry because of the air. The liquid tears seem to help the most.
Sometimes circles are due to a lack of sleep, you can try getting a little more sleep or take cat naps or just spend a ten minutes a couple of times of day listening to some peaceful music. This gives the muscles in your face around your eyes time to rest.

Due to lack of sleep or irregular timings the dark circles will form under your eyes this wil happen in an initial stage. If the sleep is not proper our digestive system will not work properly so it will disturb your intake and outlet also. so you are advies to take 500ml of water in an empty stomach and advise to take one glass little hot milk in night before bed.

put a spoon in the freezer for a couple of minutes, till it's freezing cold then place it under your eyes and hold it there for a minute. it should tone down the puffiness. if you want to hide the circles, try putting on a lighter shade of foundation than your skin around where the dark parts are.

You need to sleep more and quit staying up for many days. Maybe your using meth that could be another reason. Just get plenty of rest you probably look like a wreck.
