eat high carbs, hight protein, high fat. the quickest way is get lots of cooking oil, butter, flour, milk and mix it all untill its dowy, then cook some bacan and mix the bacan with the dow and bake it. do that every day and you will be FAT!!!!!!!

Don't do ANYTHING...I have won this bet before...do nothing until 2 hrs before the end time. Then drink , slowly for the first hour (maybe a 12 oz water every 15 minutes) then pick the pace up in the last hour, You do not want anyone to know that you are uncomfortable so practice once or twice and get your timing down. But the water weight here is crucial and how YOU will win.

There's this magical sandwich called a bread sandwich, it's two pices with bread coveres with butter and an other butter covered piece of bread in the middle. Also try the vesrion with peanut butter and the cinnimon and sugar version, eat five of these a day. Also don't eat anything untill 4:00 in the afternoon when you should do nothing but eat!

Erm... don't do that. Quickly putting on a lot of fat weight can cause serious health problems including heart problems, high blood pressure, and if you're unlucky, liver failure. But I guess if you're going to do it anyways, use water weight not fat. Drink a lot before you get weighed and don't sweat any of it out. Could add 5+ pounds to your weight.

This is really unhealthy to suggest but....I guess pizza would be good - bought ones, they are quite fatty and packed with calories. As well as the usual maccas, burgers, fries, KFC. Also lots of ice creams and chocolates. Alcohol is also calorie packed, but if you overdo it and vomit that could counter act what you are trying to achieve. Could you not cheat and place a few weights in your undies on weigh in day? Or just wear really heavy boots and jeans.

hahaha. uh, wow, good luck loosing all the weight. well, you should eat pig lard, slim jims, potatoe chips, cake, butter, mayonaise, chicken fingers, steak, candy, and did i mention lard?

make sure you eat breakfast, have a big munch before you go to bed and eat as normal, drink plenty of fizzy drinks!
