She is a super christian and so is her dad. When I asked for her number she gave it to me and then I asked what times exactly that I cannot call her, reasonable times... So I called her one time and we talked for about 30 seconds then she said she had to go because her dad was coming, so I was like "OK". The next day she said that she hung up because it felt awkward, and I felt kinda bad for her. Another time I called her she was in her car and we talked for about 10 minutes till she said he had to go because her mom was calling her, but she never says Ill call you back or call me later or somethingl like that. She says that its perfectly fine if I call her other than the times she listed but I am starting to think that she really feels uncomfortable talking on the phone does she think that I am worth the effort? I really don't want her to get in trouble, so should I keep talking to her on the phone or should I just not call her anymore. BTW she's 19 years old and I am 19. Thanks.

Some girls who are Christians are more worried about what their parents would think of them if they ever do things like this. Its a good thing that she gave you her number and that means that she is open to have a relationship. So all you gotta do is find a way to get her to open up.

Does she still live with her parents? Have you met them? May I suggest: Call and talk with her parents to set up a time to meet with them, so they can get to know you. Also, please ask the parents about the phone rules they may have. And then, consider asking her why she has been acting this way on the phone with you, unldess the phone rules her parents have make it so you understand why she has been like that. Also, ask, do her parents want her to only be "friends" or have a boyfriend that goes to church too? If so, do you fit that criteria? It sounds like you need to sit down with her and ask her some questions on this, and then her parents, if it can go further. Take care.

Definitely, it is hard to talk to her, I suggest that you could talk to your parents about her , and she is a good girl and you respect her, an dyou would like to be happy stay in touch with her but in a respectable way through her father's permission, if her father don't agree because yes he is relgious but also he wants to protect his daughter, if you talked to her father and you family were with you also talking to him, that just to be friends with his daughter and you want to protect her and be a nice friend her, try that. you promise your family and do work hard and study to have a good future and waiting is a good solution, you will find life and understand it better when you grow up

Here is the thing... She either likes you and wants you to pursue her, or she doesn't like you. You need to find out which one it is... If you find that she does like you, you need to ask yourself if she is worth the chase. When you find the right one, it is really worth the chase... However it can be demanding at times.

start hanging out with her in person. but don't call it a date just hanging out. her parents sound like they would flip if they thought she was dating. that's why she is nervous on the phone.
