So lets say there is a guy who is okay looking, nothing special, but dresses well (not to the point of metro) but still has style, OR a guy who wears whatever but has a good, buff body?

Dressing well is indicative of personality, self-respect, conscientiousness, manners, and status. I've noticed very plain guys because they were well dressed (fitting pants, button down shirts, nice shoes and jackets, good hair). A buff, unfashionable guy is just that, a buff unfashionable guy.

Usually chicks are looking for both. I mean you can be quite ugly and still have a good body, and chicks still dig it. Just make sure that you wear clothes that fit a hard body. Nothing a chick likes to look at than a guy with a rock hard a-s-s.

Ron White is mostly fat, but he dresses well, and he is pretty hot. Jim Carey doesn't dress all that great, but he has a nice body. Decisions, decisions...

Well if the guy who dresses well isn't fat or have a beer belly, then i'ma say women are attracted to guys who dress well than a guy with big muscles.

I don't know about other women,but for me it's definitly their presentation.How they dress, carry themself, their whole attitude.They can't be conceited just have confidence .Have u ever noticed that some of the ugliest guys have beautiful women on their arms?It's all a matter of how they present themselves...women love confident men and men who can dress.

body! if he has a good body w/ a good personality then i dont care how he's dresses but then again ive liked so many types of guys.....for example ive liked....preppy, emo, goth, punk, athletic, jock, ect.
