Homeopathic treatment to help gaining height: -
1.BACILLINUM 200X
2.BARYTA CARB 200X
Three drops each in a sip of water just once a week.
Follow it up with these Tissue Salts: -
1.CALC PHOS 6X
2.NAT MUR 6X
3.SILICEA 6X
Four tablets each all together 3 times a day half hour before meals on an empty stomach. After finishing the whole bottles of these salts (30 Days).
If you feel that they are not making a positive difference just raise the potency of these three salts and get them in 30 instead of 6X and keep taking them till they start showing positive results. The above prescription can help anyone in their teenage to gain proper height, these can help only in the teenage not afterwards.
Take Care and God Bless you !

Believe me, you have plenty of growing to do. I wouldn't make a prediction about future height until 16 or 17 years of age. You will grow much in that 5-6 year span. Furthermore, you aren't too bad off, yet--5'3 is quite healthy at your age.

Also remember that height is not terribly important in most cases. I am no more than 5'8, which is rather short for an American male. It's not really a problem. You being female, I'd consider 5'6-5'7 a good height by the time you're done growing.

About the weight--it really depends. If you go anorexic on us, it might do something weird, yes. But if you're honestly chubby and you want to lose a few pounds, there's nothing wrong with trying to lose weight.

Don't go around thinking you have to look like Christina Aguilera, either. You don't need to be entirely lean. If you're pretty close to the healthy weight range, I really wouldn't worry too much about it.

If you really must lose the weight, I unfortunately cannot give much advice. If I knew how to lose weight, I'd try to. It's a difficult problem for many people, myself included.

One more thing: be sure to get proper nutrition. There is no one great meal or drink to help you lose weight; other than counting calories, you need a balanced diet with all the various nutrients that your mind and body need to function correctly. Remember, too, to drink water every day; no, not just juice or milk, and certainly not coke. Plain water, at least a few cups a day. Water is a very important resource. Believe you me, a couple of weeks without proper sleep and nutrition will leave you weak and tired.

Best of luck. Be ready for adolescence, soon; your life will be quite different once you get into high school. Your mind and body will grow, more worries and responsibilities will be placed upon your shoulders. It might be a tired sermon, but it's the truth.

Good luck!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

The thing about teenage girls is that their bodies change constantly. Sometimes you'll be heavier than you should and sometimes you'll be thinner. It's that awkward stage of life, you won't be normal until you stop growing. Muscle weighs more than fat so if you have lots of muscles that could explain why you are heavier than you should be, that is a good thing though. You grow at your own pace. I was 5'8" by the time I was 14 and I did nothing different than anyone else. It's just my genes. You'll grow for a couple more years and then stop. There's nothing wrong with being short and there is nothing wrong with you're weight. You really shouldn't worry about your weight until you stop growing or if you hit more than 30 lbs overweight.

There isn't anything that will make you grow taller. Your height is already pre-determined. You should speak with doctor about the right amount of calcium you should be consuming. If you need to lose weight, your doctor can help you by having you work with a nutritionist or a registered dietitian, and he can help you with an exercise program too. Two months is a short amount of time. Be patient. How tall are your mother and father?

do NOT drink soy milk (you dont need estrogens, they'll block skeletal growth), drink lots of milk which naturally contains vitamin D
the taller you get, the more you weigh, but the thinner you get
you don't need to lose weight at this age, cept if you're overweight
just have an active lifestyle and stay healthy

Genetics determine how tall you will be.
In order for one to reach their genetic potential height, the body needs a certain amount of nourishment. This includes a balanced eating of vitamins that encourage growth proper exercising and adequate sleep.

Understand your body grows when it is at rest. Thats the optimal time when the body can restore the adequate balance of amino acids and minerals that encourage growth.
These are a few things you can to optimize your growth potential but ultimately genetics will determine how tall you are.

* Increase trace mineral intake
* Increase lean protein intake its broken down into amino acids faster
* No smoking or alcohol or narcotics because these stunt your growth
* Water intake should be your weight times .55 in ounces pure water preferably
* Increase the amount of vegetables you take in, possibly drinking vegetable juices such as carrot
* Decrease the amount of simple sugars such as sodas or candy
* Moderate your dairy intake
* Increase the fiber intake - whole grains, leafy green vegetables
* Sleep between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am - these are optimal hours for growth
* Exercise regularly and stretch often - cardio and resistance exercise and stretch all your body parts
* Increase anti-oxidant intake to fight off free radicals we take in everyday in the air and water
* Think positive thoughts - mind can control the body in ways that no one can understand.

High-intensity anaerobic exercise such as our grow taller stretching exercises, swimming, and cycling are shown by medical researchers to force the body into producing significant quantities of human growth hormone.

Exercise-induced growth hormone (EIG) is well recognized physiologically, and is caused from acid-base balance, catecholamines, nitric oxide, and lactate. Of these, the main causes of human growth hormone secretion appear to be nitric oxide and lactate. Both of which are produced by resistance training.

Your goal during stretching is to apply resistance-training stretches that will yield high amounts of human growth hormone secretion. Human growth hormone will thicken the cartilage, increase bone density, and make you grow taller. This is why we cannot emphasize enough the importance of the intensity you need to apply with each and every stretch to grow taller.

This means that you have to exercise for a minimum of 10 minutes with great intensity to increase your odds of growing taller. The intensity you build must be enough to lactate into your muscles for height increase. This lactate will activate growth hormone secretion even after exercise, during normal rest periods for longer than 24-hours! Your body literally becomes a growth hormone manufacturing machine to increase the possibility of any height increase!

No other method, supplement, or technique can possibly yield better height increase results than stretching exercises. All you need is to perform our stretching exercises correctly and you will grow taller.
