When you do things like that, your body stores away all the energy possible, and you will actually start to gain weight. Eat healthy meals. Stock up on the veggies, and fruits... Things that are not fattening. Drink more water, cut down on sugars, and salts, and exercise are the tricks to losing weight. You need dedication, and discipline to do this right. And no, you won't die, but you can cause damage to it that way... Ask a doctor.

You do know that when you stop eating your body saves up any fat you have because it knows you won't be eating... so that's not a good way to actually lose weight.. and when you eat again, your body will save all of the fat and calories again, b/c it thinks it won't be getting fed for a long time again.. not a good way to lose weight.. do it like you should, and control what you eat and exercise.

you'll gain weight..
(don't you know that coffin is heavy?)

btw, I got a friend of mine..
he wanted desperately to loose his weight..
well, he tried just to eat at arround 6pm..
that's it.. so it was one meal per day only..

but he kept drinking glass of water & try to keep up with his job..
in the end.. after 10 days.. he still got a fresh look..
and managed to lose arround 8 kg..

stop eating for 9 days, will surely reduce ur weight..
and your health as well..

well u would loose a lot of weight, but the next time u eat u will gain it all back. it is also wery dangerous. i, have went on crash diets before and went anorexic for about 10 days. it almost landed me in the hospital. but its ur body, i will warn u tho, it is very unhealthy

please dont dont eat food. if u want to lose weight go and exercise and eat healthy foods. dont starve yourself or u could have a growing problem at hand. good luck

wow, that is really dumb. you might not lose much because your body will go into starvation mode.

you should eat. food is good
