Hi. I recently got an elliptical machine, haven't used it much yet and was wondering if my legs [calves and thighs] are going to become huge after using regularly. Because when I do use it, the only part of my body that aches are my legs, particularly just above my knees.
Also it says i have only burned approx. 220 cals after 40 mins, that's not much is it? and it's fairly hard, i sweat alot and feel exhausted.
can i acheive a very slim physique?
i do NOT want a big body building woman look!
