I found a car at a reputable dealer that was wrongly priced on their website inventory. Does the dealer have to sell me the car at advertised price ? Do I have the right to demand that he sell it to me ? And would I have any legal recourse ?

No they don't. I am sure somewhere on their website , in small print, there is some kind of disclaimer that says they are not responsible for typographical errors. Besides, they don't have to sell you a car! You can point it out to them, but they don't have to sell the car at a loss. I have seen people pay more than the advertised price because they want THAT car.

Do they have to sell at that price, No. Do you have the right to demand that the seller sells at that price, Yes (and by demand, I mean show out thier mistake and show them the add, yelling gets you nowhere, just explain with add in hand that you were lead to believe that it was the price) Do you have leaga recourse, No (they can refuse sale if they want to).

If you were advertising, something and you made a mistake when you typed in the price, should you have to sell that item at a loss.
