how can i delete some background item in my pc.?

If you are talking about Background Pictures that came with Windows they would be in C:\Windows directroy.

If you have right clicked an Image and selected Set as Desktop Background.

And want to remove that, Just Right click another image and select Set as Desktop Background.

Windows has a Temperory files named as Internet Explorer wallpaper which is the file which holds which ever pic you right click and select set as Desktop Background. If you want to delete the current one select a new one and the old one would be replaced. If you want a plain one open paint draw a triangel with the color u like save the pic and right click it and select Set as Desktop Background.
