Do meditation for twenty minutes daily...then see the changes with in you!

When you're in the moment of concentrating, clear everything off of your desk that doesnt have anything to do with what you're doing. Then close your eyes for a moment and think of end result you want. Don't think of yourself working.. THink of you handing in your assignment or the prospect signing the contract of the sale or whatever! Just make sure, when you get anxious, to gather yourself and think of the end result you want.
Don't underestimate the power of your subconsious mind--its always working even when you're not. Feed it good thoughts all the time.

Also decrease external stimuli eg TV or radio, worries, or stresses.
Basically, meditation. Sit quietly or lie down, take some deep breaths, relax, and think only about your task at hand. Try to complete tasks so that no problems linger on to distract you.Stay off stimulants, caffeine, sugar. If you are behind on your sleep, it is very difficult to concentrate.

practising yoga daily early in the mornin' is the best way to increase ur concentration level!!

I like to memorize things. You have to study something steadily to memorize it, so it helps my concentration and retention skills. I personally use scripture verses because their already set it nice neat sets. But you can use anything you like, as long as it keeps your attention.
