Ok, I am tired of being scammed by the TV - commercial networks. I want to know if this works before I buy it. And I want to know if all the ingredients are validated. Is that too much to ask? I am having trust issues when it comes to people making so much money...

Ahhhhh! There are so many bogus weight loss products on the market nowadays....as a registered dietitian, it makes me angry that marketers of these "get slim now!" products are telling outright lies.

I hope I'm not bursting your bubble, but there is no magic pill that will do it for you. (And some of them are down right dangerous to take, by the way.)

Eat a varied, balanced diet full of fruits and veggies and whole grains, limit fat intake, watch your portion sizes and remember to exercise. It may take a little time, but this approach works best for overall health and keeping the weight off for good!

Love'
over the years people have lost there way of (truth fullness.)
people use to value the cost of saving others money ,but now we live in this world of greed and may i add that it sucks.people are only out to make a quick, fast buck and do not care about /or/for the coast of others. the next time you would like to purchase something that you've seen on TV. ask questions???
suck as , what do they offer if the product does not work /or/ preform as they advertise? if they seem to give you a good answer, than inform them that you would like to have something in writing, because you are a hard working person that values where your money is being spent.
good luck and may god bless you.

the rice drink right? its nothing you would not get with a 1$ protein bar (that is far taster) and a generic multi vitamin. if you want antioxidants, eat a vegetable.
