You can't really identify an illegal alien just by looking at them. If they have a foreign accent that means that they are more than likely a native of another country. But that does not mean that they are an illegal alien. They could have migrated to the U.S and they could have adjusted their status to that of a resident or they may be on U.S soil because they were allowed based on a visa
Yet some can disguise their accent and speak just like an American.
The best way to identify an illegal alien is based on their documentation. If they can't prove they were born in a U.S hospital with a legitimate birth certificate they are more than likely an illegal alien. If they don't have their state I.D with them they may be an illegal alien. If they don't have a social security number they could be an illegal alien. If they don't have a passport with some sort of relevant information that shows that they are allowed to be on U.S soil they may be an alien.
However it is unlikely that everybody you see out in the street will walk around with all that paperwork.

The illegals have a below poverty level appearance; reflected in their homemade clothing, hair styles, and accessories.
They require an interpreter to speak to Americans, usually their own anchor children speaks for them. The men are usually seen working outdoors for cash, landscaping, or construction.
Indoors they are working as busboys, and porters (janitors). Their supervisors are always adult anchor babies who are bilingual.
The women are usually short, stocky, pregnant (if they are young), no makeup, with 2 or more small children in tow, are usually seen at hospital emergency rooms, laundrymats, dollar stores, or Walmart. They work primarily indoors in housekeeping, fast food, or porter jobs.

in my opinion,
1) People who seem like they don't have a clue how to speak english.
2) Majority are Hispanics
3) Usually has only been in the country for a little while.
4) Usually doing laboring jobs for cheap.
I don't mean to offend anyone as I am just expressing my opinions...
