Slight trims once a month. Great conditioners and no heat applied to it. Put on a UV spray of some sort to help with sun damage in the summer and brush it with a wide tooth comb when it is wet and at its weakest!

Also home remedies like mayonnaise packs and hot oil treatments!

...and NO perms!

ok so what i imagine you should do is stumble on the product. also keep your hair moisturized through utilising a sturdy conditioner or maybe a go away in conditioner. do not straighten your hair or prepare any warmth frequently by way of the undeniable fact which will dry it out and that is going to take longer to advance. each and every morning lean your head down and rubdown your scalp. that will improve blood flow and help your hair advance. also each and every 3-6 weeks get a trim to rid each and each and every of the useless ends and help your hair advance. sturdy luck to you!
