I am decorationg and I seen on TV that a girl had every paint color card in every color on a metal ring. I dont want to just go in the store and pick out some color cards here and there. I just want All of them on a metal ring. But I am not sure where to get them or what they are called or how much they cost. And every store I have been in so far just has each individual paint color card. Help !

Pantone makes them and any complete art store like Charrette or Dick Blick carries them. I never bought them (but the graphic artists I worked with all had them)

The PANTONE formula guide is available for $89 for the two-book set (coated and uncoated) and $120 for the three-book set (coated, uncoated and matte). PANTONE solid chips is available for $249 for the two-book set (coated and uncoated) and $299 for the three-book set (coated, uncoated and matte). Both can be purchased from Pantone's Web site at www.pantone.com.

You can order them online from companies like Behr. I believe they are specific to the brand of paint so try locating different brands on line (like Glidden, Benjamin Moore, etc...). They are relatively expensive though so it is more cost efficient to get those little chips from the store; especially if you know what color family you want to use. Also, I believe the name for what you are looking for is color fan deck. Good luck in your decorating endeavors and remember, ALWAYS look at the sample in the light of the room it is going in!

A paint store will sell you one for around $15.00, contractors get them for free.
They are called a "fan deck" and not all come on metal rings, but still serve the same purpose.
