I have dozens of (cheap) ink pens that have plenty of ink in them that won't write. I have tried putting a match to the end of them and they will write for awhile, but then stop again. I hate to waste them. Any ideas?

They are probably out if you've tried the fire thing. If you say they have plenty of ink because they are the clear type and you can see the ink in the tube, the ink does dissappear from the inside of the ink tube the way cola does through a clear straw. They may look full but they're either dried up or out.
