filed teeth?

My dentist filed down my canines and I was wondering if they would ever grow back to points or if I should just get a specialist to file them.

They will absolutely not grow back to points.

IT'S IMPOSSIBLE FOR TEETH TO EVER GROW ONCE THEY ERRUPTED. WHY WOULD YOU WISH TO FILE THEM EVEN FURTHER? DO YOU WANT "DRACULA" TEETH? THIS CAN'T BE DONE W/O GETTING CROWNS MADE FOR THIS.
