I dated my boss for 1 and a half years,we broke up because he is a bossy man and im a hard-head girl ( he said so) and also because i couldnot introduce him to my family..and he wantted to get marriage but I know we cant,I just waited untill I old enoght to leave my family to live with him without marriage but he couldnot wait and because we had so much argurment.Untill now I still wonder which is the main reason of our breaking up as I still love him verymuch,I tryed alot to makeup for him but It did not work out..He still left me and having a new gf who he gonna marriage.
My question now is I should leave or stay here in his company,I tryed to quit before when I know he has a gf but he did not let me go as he needs me for his company.We built this company together so just me and him who can run this company,but I still hurt alot even 6 months pasted,I cant sit here,look at him having fun and gonna marriage..But if I leave,am I a ungratedful person as he trained me alot...Pls help!

You should start looking for a new job, don't leave a job until you have a new one lined up.
It's going to hurt for some time but now you know you can't date someone who’s ready to for the next step unless your are too, just take your time getting in to a new relationship, being hurt can make you do some things you regret later in life.

You don't owe him a thing. He owes you a good recommendation letter. The sooner the better. If you and he built the company together and there is proof of it, you need a lawyer. Even if you can't afford a lawyer's time to get some of the money for part of the company that you helped build, you can afford about $100 for a lawyer to write a letter to make sure that your boss writes that wonderful recommendation letter. NOW.

u should stay with the company because money comes first and if he is having fun. who said u couldnt have fun.go to the clubs and meet people there. i guess u are not ready for marrige.

factor, but if you have a good working relationship with him then
stay but if you dont, then time to move on.
