well if you have $1319 dollars to waste and you are 100% sure this girl likes you. on the other hand she might think you are a creep for doing all that so soon and so fast.

It depends on how much you like this person and if the relationship is going anywhere. But if you have that king of money and the time than why not.

The choice depends on you... If you really like this girl go for it but be warned girls don't actually like you until they really say it in front of you or something like that... So dude be very careful....
