Man's answer.
1) Make him respect you. I know we are jerks but most guys don't respect the girl who is too easy to get, especially do quick to sleep with. Also too easy to please. You pay too much attention to him and none to yourself, he'll take you for granted.
2) A smile to remember. Flirt. If he does not like it, he probably does not like you.
3) When you do have passion, have alot of it.
4) Have more in common that just sex. If you don't have that intimacy that's not physical, ...
5) long hair.
6) learn to give and receive massage.
Truth be told the guy you want may not appreciate the above. In that case, tho, he may also not be looking at you as long term prospect.

I chased mine and he is the love of my life. :)
Be sweet and start emailing him. Ask him for his email. Then his phone and call him about once a week. Make conversation. talk about what he is interested in. make him smile. Be friendly. Act very subtle in what you are doing. and see how it goes.

put yourself out there with out seeming desparate... flirt and hang out with him as much as possible... if there's a connection there it will happen...
