Control Panel -> Sounds and Audio Devices -> Sounds tab -> Start Windows, and change the sound!

Hello-

First, go to your control panel in the start menu on your taskbar. Next, select Sounds and Audio Devices. Now click the second tab on the top labeled 'sounds' then scroll down in the window below until you find 'start windows'. If you put your mouse on that and click it once- it will show you at the bottom what currently plays when you start up windows. Then hit the browse button to insert whatever sound or song you would like. Make sure to hit Apply at the bottom when you are finished. It will work the next time you restart your computer. Go into your contol panel> sounds and audio>sounds tab>program events>scroll to windows startup>you can change it through here to a customized sound byte.
