That's all a matter of opinion. My boyfriends Gram says his American accent is cute and she lives in Australlia. It really depends on what each person likes. Personally, I love accents I can understand, no matter what they are, so much fun to listen to them talk. I suppoe it goes the same way for some Ausies about Americans.
