You may benefit from googling agoraphobia and looking for some online tips. I don't think you're going to get over this without medication. You may need to have a friend drag you to the doctor. I don't think there are any work at home things that will pay you much. I'm disabled too, and I do sew some doll clothes and sell them on Ebay, but it only works out to like $2 an hour. You may be eligible for social services help. In the US the counties are responsible for this, I think (i'm in Minnesota, and it is the counties in this state). Good luck!

You should have left her 20 months ago. Once a person cheats, she will do it again. And, when she is aggressive, yelling at you because she thinks you are cheating, that's a classic symptom that actually she is. You didn't break your promise, she did. You need to file for a dissolution and get custody or visitation rights for your children. Don't sleep in the parking lot. If you can't afford an apartment yet, try finding a room to you rent at someone's house.

The reality is that you need to get help from a psychatrist or licensed therapist who can help you work through this problem - If you don't have access to insurance, check with your local city or county public health department to see if you can qualify get some help with this problem. Or is there anyone you trust who can help you with this? Telling you to get over it is not reasonable at this point and working at home won't help you take the steps you need to reclaim your life. Good luck in getting some help solving this problem.

yes , first you should let the police know that you feel that that you someone is following you, and that it is a stranger, and let them know how afraid you are, they should be helping you with that. I know that SSI does not pay much, neither does SSA, you can go to a mental health, and ask to see an occapional theraist, and they will help you find a job.

Rather than give you some unlikely work-at-home link, I would like you to consider the e f t technique that will help you to overcome your anxiety so that you can go out and get a job. Go here http://www.emofree.com/AffiliateWiz/aw.aspx?B=1&A=529&Task=Click&TargetURL=http%3a%2f%2fwww.emofree.com%2fagoraphobia.htm and then scroll down to the end of the page and learn how to do it for yourself.

God bless!

You should go to a doctor to get help with this problem. It's totally not that weird these days to get scared - a lot of people suffer like you do. But you have to try to conquer the problem, not just change your life to adapt to it. Your doc would be able to help you get specific therapy or exercises you can do to help you deal with your fear.

this is not a disease in my opinion.. its all about the climate you have grown with....i think you are from a family that cares you more and they fear even if a small incident.. due to heavy mental pressure it also happen. but nothing to worry.. keep talking to your parents, friends , colleagues, dont hesitate to share your problem to your close friend .. becos he or she knows you better than any body else.. so share your need with them... enjoy the world and its thing.. dont be at home only for this reason.. ok .. see u ....

i would start by going to your family Dr. and explain to him/her if you haven't already what happened and that you are ready to take back charge of your life and start by taking self defense or Tao qua doe (tai quan doe?) build up your strenght physically and it will soon help with your confidence and inner self. but you may need a mild relaxant like xanax short term until you are comfortable walking alone.
