I don't think diet pills are safe, period. One of my mom's friends uses diet pills (im not sure of the name) and she's so skinny is scary. Best way to stay fit and healthy is to stay away from junk food and regular exercise.

Actually, I am trying a new supplement called Retiva - you can get it at the GNC store. It is basically a calorie burning/energy vitamin. I started out taking 1 a day, then worked up to 2 a day but you have to watch your caffeine intake with this as it contains quite a bit of caffeine. I have cut back on the caffeine, maintained my diet/exercise and it seems to be giving me more energy and I actually feel less hungry. Of course, every one is different and this may not work for you. This seemed to be the best choice for me because I pull anywhere from 12 to 16 hours a day with a full time job and part time business, so I needed more energy and help with calorie burning when I don't have time to get on my treadmill every day. Do some research and see what is best for you. I just went to the store, had a 30 minute conversation with the sales lady who really helped me pick out the right supplement (with no ephedra!!!).
