Don't sleep with everything that moves so that they won't be born.

I don't want children and I don't have them. My girlfriend and I take every precaution we have to make sure this doesn't happen. The reason being that we don't feel that we are emotionally and mature enough to raise a child and we don't expect other people to do it for us.

Start feeding them with money we waste killing each other! And quite re-victimizing them! Some in the other "Party" will rationalize that it is always their fault! Sure, 4 year old children kill themselves!

Start setting a little time aside to work on this issue rather than ignoring it. It won't go away until we have no children under 5!

Though I think it could be done, out track record in the US is poor. We have the highest, or second highest morbidity and mortality rate among children! We have been there for years and it hasn't gotten better.

Of course, cutting food programs for children, medical care for children, dental care , and providing a healthy environment for children while giving tax cuts to the rich is not really helpful!

There are some rich people who care. Angela Jolie, for instance, gives 1/3 of her income for to help those in need! If you saw "Beyond Borders" you would probably know the reason why!

More people could chip in and make a difference instead of being the perennial problem!

Some are deaths directly linked to things like Blockades like ours od Iraq which killed 1/2 million children under 5! No child should die because their parents bosses can't get along!

Some are due to child abuse. We need more funding, not less which is what we get out of Washington every year!

We need a centralized policy that crosses all borders to make sure all kids are treated the same. How many children live in poverty? I don't know but I do know about the US!

Children represent a disproportionate share of the poor in the United States; they are 25 percent of the total population, but 35 percent of the poor population. In 2004, 13 million children, or 17.8 percent, were poor. The poverty rate for children also varies substantially by race and Hispanic origin!!

Whatever poverty is world wide it is too much! I guess some would call it euthenasia of the poor, then complain about termination of pregnancy's! I guess for some, they view the deaths as a positive outcome of the fitest, when we all know the "fitest" does not mean what family you happen to be born in!

It's kinda funny they have a specific number of deaths for these kids. I mean its like the kids have 0% of surviving 2007.
