Try Eukenuba Response LB canned food. A freind of mine with a cat that had chronic diarrhea for 4 years tried everything - food and medication. Then she switched the cat food to Eukenuba Resonse LB and it cured the problem. Amazing. You may want to see if this works for your kitty.

I would try the Eukanuba to see if that would work for him. I don't know what is in it (or not in it) that would help. It sounds like irritable bowel syndrome to me and I can't imagine that one of the vets wouldn't have told you that.
Many cats are very allergic to ANY grain in there diet which can cause this problem. Innova Evo is a grainless cat diet which comes canned and dry. That might be another option for you to try.
I would assume the vets have ruled out any parasitic investation or that your cat has been treated for that possibility.
A raw meat diet also can turn the diarrhea problem around almost immediately. If you want some information of that you can go to www.catinfo.org and read about it. It is superior to any commercial food if you are willing to take the steps to do it properly and put some time into it.
There are several Yahoo groups where members use that diet. If you join one you can get recipes and advice from other members. These include: naturalCATS, RawPaws, rawkatz and BARF-Cats.

I had some otherwise gentle cats who became aggressive to my small children, and after a while they began to scratch the kids up WITHOUT provocation. My cats were both fixed and nowhere near as old as yours. Since all their aggression was directed at the children, I was able to find them a home without any kids, but I made sure to warn the new pet owner about their behavior problems. You can try some of the standard negative reinforcement techniques (shaking a penny can or using a water squirt bottle whenever the cat starts using his claws). But you need to keep in mind that once a cat starts to realize that it is able to bite or otherwise attack humans, it will continue to do so, whether you scold it or not. If your baby gets attacked again, she might not be so lucky next time. Keep the baby away from the cat as much as you can, if that's the route you want to take, but keep an eye on that cat. Most pet animals, once they start biting humans, have to be put down according to some state laws. That's simply a matter of public safety. I can tell you right now that a cat that bites without provocation is NOT adoptable because it is considered unsuitable to live among people. It's not about killing or abandoning a poor, defenseless cat; obviously your cat doesn't consider himself defenseless. It's about protecting your defenseless baby and any other people the cat may decide he doesn't like.

Jeez, that's a real problem. The above answers are all good. Also, don't give your cat cow's milk. There is special milk for cats on the market. Some cats, like mine, tolerate condensed milk very well. Also, don't give him the juice/oil that you squeeze out when you open a can of tuna (people tuna). I mixed tuna oil with my cat's dry food once and she got terrible diarrhea from it. Hope you can find an answer to your puss's problem.

im not a vet and im suprised that those 3 docters could not find anything wrong with him. He may just have like an overactive rectum ( ok i even grossed myself out saying that :P )he may be perfectly normal. But if your cat is just allergic to the food i wold try out different ones and if there is one food that helps him stop then stick with tha, i would reccommend one with tuna or shrimp.. And feed him plenty of nutrients. not just something like normal milk or water ( to drink) add some vitamens to it. I would reccomend talking to the vet before doing this though.Hope it helps and hope your lil cat gets better.Speaking from someone who just lost a pet hamster recently i hope nothing is wrong with your cat.

Try some Eukanuba E/N food packets for GI problems. Make sure those vets ran fecal samples to rule out parasites.
