Are you looking to shut it off, or eliminate it altogether?
To change it or turn it off, right click on the desktop and go to properties. In properties, go to Screensaver tab. Click the scroll box to "none."
To eliminate, it is more complicated, you need to find the screensaver picture you want to get rid of, and delete it manually. You can do this by the "search method whether you know the file name of not. Once you see the picture, delete it.
Hope this helps you.
