On our first date I threw up all over the dashboard of her car. It hit the windshild and went into the vents and everything. I think it hit her stereo and everything. She did not get really ticked off but told me to get out of the car (we were infront of my mom's house). This was yesterday and I don't know if I should call her or not. Anyone ever have this happen? what shoud I do?

Whoa! I cannot say I had that exact thing happen, BUT when I was in college and on one of my first dates with a future boyfriend I got sick...very sick...all over the outside of his car. I kind of had to lean out the window while the car was running and lost it. He was very sweet. He cleaned me up and it was not big deal as it was the outside.
We were together for three years. I don't know if things would have worked out as well if I lost it all over the interior, but he did really like me a lot.
I would apologize to her and offer to clean up her car if you haven't already.

I think that you should talk to her and apologize if that may have inconvenienced her. That you would still like to go out with her and hopes that things are not different between both of you. Offer to help clean up the car.

yes, clean her car, you know use disinfectant and after use warm water and nice smell detergeant.
than give her a flower, and say if you could avoid what happens, you would, but this was not intentional.
take her to a nice walk near the beach, read for her poetry, or tell her how you feel about her.

What made you throw up to begin with? "Accidents happen she shouldn't get mad and if she does there are always other girls out there. I would call her there is no reason for you to be embarrased. Just say sorry about yesterday, she will probably just laugh it off and understand completely.

well i would call to tell her sorry and if you want to also you can help her like clean it up or pay for what happen and than see what happens from there

Just call her.. Apologize.. and if she is mad then what could you do? I mean its not your fault that you threw up. So she should unserstand. Hope it works out

just forget about it. ive thrown up in front of alot of people at a bunch of different places.how do you think i feel?!?!?!?!?!what ever forget about me.just say you are sorry and help her out.

apologize. help clean it. do sumthing about it, and maybe talk to her. she shouldnt hate u or nething, its not like u purposly wanted to do that.
