I am on a serious budget for my wedding. Does anyone know of a vendor who offers chair cover rentals for less than $3 per chair? Also, does anyone know of any vendors that sponsor certain things at weddings and receptions for advertising themself at the event.

I suggest visiting online website such as

http://www.weddinglenox.com ,weddingvendors.com ,onewed.com

Unlike most yellow pages, they have price comparison for the vendors (DJ,videographer, florist, and photographer) you can choose.

You can also try Weddinglenox matching system http://www.weddinglenox.com/membersignup1.php that will match you up with local vendors. I tried it and have good result as I only recieved email from vendors according to my request.

One problem I had with my wedding is that it is hard to locate vendors in most website as most likely they group by states and there are too many of them that's too far from me and I have to look at each site to figure out.

The sites I provide above have a easy to use layout to show you pictures, pricing and location in one page plus, you can send out your inquiry for matching vendor to contact you. That save me lots of time to locate the best vendors with the right price.

If you're on a serious budget, why are you considering chair covers at all? That is a completely unnecessary expense.

Most vendors don't do the sponsorship thing; they don't need to. Also, do you really want to have signs advertising your vendors all over the place? That will look a lot tackier than not having chair covers would.

What area are you in??

Also why would vendors sponsor your wedding and advertise for themselves at YOUR event. I don't think they are allowed to do that. Are you wanting them to advertise for themselves at your wedding/reception because I am sure they would.

As for your chair covers, you can make cheap covers for yourself with some toule tied in bows that is cheaper than $3 per chair, but some vendors if you have a large number will have a lower price. Check some wedding websites for do-it-yourself chair covers for a cheaper way than working with a vendor.
