I am not saying I believe this, but this is something I have been thinking about, and I just wanted to throw it out. I know it is totally irrelevant, and not something we can know, but I just think it is an interesting thought.

The Bible mentions all different kinds of creatures in Heaven, the angels, the winged creatures around the throne, etc...
I was thinking maybe that we were not God's first creation (I'm not counting the animals and the universe), that maybe the angels and these other creatures also had their own world, maybe in a different dimension or an entirely seperate universe with it's own dimensions, who knows? Just a bit of speculation; I know it is more like a science fiction movie, but I figured it would be fun to discuss. It would also be interesting to think that maybe some of them were not corrupted by sin, or maybe some were and were granted their own form of salvation.

There is a whole spiritual battle going on right now we can't see "For we do not wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places" Ephesians6:12. Its an awesome book Ephesians there is much knowledge to be had in this book

In the Gnostic tradition there are two realms, a realm of light and a realm of darkness. Due to a cosmic crisis, this world came to be created in the realm of darkness by a false god, the God of the Old Testament. It is also in this realm that this false god created the rulers, angels and demons.

What is interesting is that the Gnostics claim that the true God is pure light and cannot have direct contact with this world without destroying it. Christ must remove his light vesture to visit this world or it would be destroyed. The Gnostics talk about the realm of darkness as containing all matter, there is no matter in the realm of light.

What makes all this interesting is that scientists have discovered a thing called antimatter. When antimatter comes into contact with matter it is annihilated. It is theorized that for every atom of matter there is an atom of antimatter. The problem is that they don't know where all this antimatter went. Some have theorized that there is a antiuniverse that is made up of antimatter. It is very sci fi, but it is interesting how similar this theory is to what the Gnostics wrote almost 2000 years ago.

I pretty much agree with you. I totally believe their were angels in heaven way before creation. I also believe they were all perfect and sinless..until satan rebelled and God had to throw him and a heap of angels out of heaven.
I don't know if there were animals there..but perhaps something similar..and yes it is a kewl question and thought.
Imagine what it will be like when we go there..imagine the new earth with all the cool animals..hmm I wonder if we will see angels there.
From reading it kind of seems as tho the angels were there in the same universe/heaven as God..but hey, maybe some lived on even another universe and flew to God's heaven....it is a fascinating thought.

We were definately NOT God's first creation. The Bible tells us that the spirit being that we now know as Jesus Christ was the "firstborn of all creation" and that everything else, in heaven and on earth was created through him and for him (Colossians 1:15,16). Also, the Bible tells that when God created the earth, the heavenly creatures shouted with joy. Since there are myriads and myriads (millions and millions) of angelic creatures, there was alot of creating going on before man.

Somewhere in my religious studies, I encountered an ideology similar to this. I THINK it came from a Muslim, however I'm not sure. Perhaps Satan was jealous of mankind, or even Satan was commanded not to partake in the Earth's affairs just as Adam and Eve were told not to partake of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.

It is an interesting speculation, somewhat unorthodox, but I have not found anything to explicitly contradict this, nor to explicitly support it, however I haven't really done that much reading.

Also, I believe some of the early Gnostics believed that after the resurrection, the inhabitants of Heaven would weep and pray for those in Hell--perhaps pray even for the salvation of them and of Satan--and that eventually Satan would repent as would all who followed him, and ultimately everyone would rejoice in Heaven, albeit for some after a disturbing time in Hell.

Some (such as Jehovah's Witnesses, I believe) will say that angels have no free will (which unfortunately seems to contradict Satan's fall). Still, others such as Jews (and to a large extent myself, however I'm not entirely decided) believe that angels have no free will AND that Satan did not fall and is not "The Devil" but a challenger to mankind and to God's will, perhaps to accentuate our virtues as a preliminary judge of character before an eternal life.

Hmm, I always was under the impression that The Angels basically all included the winged creatures around the thrones, Seraphim and Cherubim.. they were higher ranks of angels, and closer to God. They did God's will but they also had Free Will, and that led to Lucifer rebelling against God (because Lucifer thought he was awesome and he wanted to be in charge). The Angels all inhabited the planets of the universe and heaven and came and went as they pleased. God sent Lucifer and 1/3 of the angels to hell, but they are still free to roam the earth and the other planets.

Spot on. Psalm 148 gives strong credance to your initial premise of "prior" creation. Remember, Genesis is derived from the Gilgamesh Epic and the Babylonian Genesis which had such "ultra=beings." A literalist would probably put them in as part of the first day creation.
Since there are fallen angels, one must assume there are unfallen ones or else the adjective would be unnecessary.

very interesting!! well you are right about the angels, satan was the highest angel in heaven before he sinned and was cast down to hell. and there are such things as fallen angels, they are the angels who chose to follow satan there for sinning but are not allowed back into heaven. as for the other creatures i'm not entirely sure if thet were created or have always been, its worth cheching out, but yes some have fallen from grace whereas the ones who did not are up there with the Lord even now! very good insight, if you want to talk more feel free to contact me!

That's an interesting idea actually. I like the idea that there have been other planets like this one with people or creatures similar to humans.

I think of all the planets that aren't inhabited by humans in our solar system and think, there must be more to what we think is real. That's just an out there thought though. I think it's possible and fun to think about sometimes.

Could be. Very interesting. That would make a great movie on the order of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.
