several months ago 60 some birds were found dead in the middle of a street in Houston or some big city. does anyone know if they found the reason for this? they didn't think it was the bird flu.

I live in central Texas and I remember that. It was January 8th and it happened in Austin on Congress Avenue. They did tests on the birds and found out that it was a combination of parasites and a drop in temperature that killed them.

i was wondering the same thing, thats a big deal when that stuff happends an i couldnt find info on it. even if it was bird flu or some other thing that would concern us im sure it would be kept secret as long as possible

Thats soo sad. =[ poor little birds...Some Sicko person probably shot them. People are like that and I know they are horrible people.

probably bacteria that specifically effected birds or some change in weather that the birds couldn't adapt to.....yea it is soo sad how that could happen....
