I have 2 bank accounts and a credit card so whats the hold up?

Go to their customer website and call them up. I had a bad experience as well and it took them 3 days to reply. Just call up the number and stay on the phone til they resolve the problem, that's what I did.

have you had one of your bank accounts verified? once you have it verified (which involves them putting 2 small deposits into your account, usually less than a dollar, then you transfering the money back to them) instant transfers will then work for you. good luck
