What does The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142).Click on OK to terminate the app mean?

It says that every single time I turn on my PC & I have no idea what it could be cause it is a brand new PC.

You could have had spyware or a virus that destroyed something that you was starting up when you started Windows. Check your startup folder. Run a virus/spyware scan and delete all temporary files that aren't needed.
