Just ask him out to dinner or a movie...whatever. Girls don't need to wait around for us to ask them out. It's very flattering when someone takes initiative.

Start by talking him at school. Most boys don't mind being asked out by women, it takes the pressure off them!

Before you do though, talk to him. If you can hold a conversation with each other then you're good to go.

first i think you should move ur relationship to saying hi in person then you make small talk then afterwards you ask him to go out do stuff and when you get a lil more comfortable you tell him unless he does something like kiss you when you are out so i guess there wouldnt be a problem there

Invite him out for soda or something and Just tell him that you like him, in this day and time it is necessary to be bold, you have not because you asked not, don't wait until until somebody else snags him..

Invite him to go lingerie shopping with you and have him pick out something that he would like to see you in. Then later model it for him.
