I know how to roll the diapers and tape them, but what do you use to keep the layers together? Do you just stack them up or is there something that holds them together? What kind of baby items make good decorations?

you can put a wooden dowel in the center to make it more stable or wrap the diapers around baby bottles. We usually make a 3 layer cake and get 2 of the travel sized sets w/ lotion, powder, shampoo, etc...and teething rings or baby keys. You can also wrap a wide band of satin around each layer and put the baby's name around the middle section if they know what they are having. Good luck!

I've never seen one stacked before. I do know they are really cute. Just decorate it with 'baby' items; rattles, small containers of shampoo/lotion/baby oil, comb, brush, rolled up bibs and just be creative. Go to a 'baby store' and see if they have any suggestions.
