NO
First of all, you're twelve. And I know there's probably a lot of pressure with friends to do the weight loss thing, but with your weight and height I don't see any reason why...you're certainly not overweight. Actually, you have a BMI of 17.5, and that is technically UNDERWEIGHT. So if anything, you might consider gaining a few pounds.
I would suggest trying to learn what eating healthy is, and try to get more fruits and vegetables, drink less soft drinks, and stay away from fast food.
Eating healthfully is going to get you at the weight you need to be anyway, so there's no need to worry about that if you're giving your body what it needs.
So I would look into 'health and nutrition' instead of 'weight loss'. It would benefit the most, I think.

At 12 years old you have not finished growing. I would not worry about this to much because chances are you will hit a groth spurt and grow into a lovely person.

You're a little underweight, but you're probably growing fast and your weight hasn't yet caught up with your height. Just keep eating when you're hungry. Choose good, healthy foods and avoid junk foods and foods high in fats. Lost of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, cheese and whole-grain bread.

for your height you should weigh a little more. your bmi or body mass index is 17.5 it should be above 18. if you want to calculate it yourself google or yahoo search BMI Calculator and it will show you where you should be.
