im going on vacation in about 2.5 weeks. i have an okay butt, but not great enough for being bikini worthy again. ive googled everything but nothing suiting seems to come up. anyone have anything that'll tone it up nice and fast, atleast decent?thanks.

Leg extensions of all kinds can be like miracles. Here's some examples of the different variations:
Start on you hands and knees for all, with you hand directly beneath your shoulders. keep you abs tight too.

1) straighten your right leg so the whole leg is parralel to the ground, then return to the starting position. Do 10 reps on right leg then switch to left.

2) Without straightening, bring your right leg up so your thigh is paralel to the floor and your shin/calf is perpendicular. Return to starting position. Do 10 reps then switch legs

3)Bring your right leg so its like the leg in 2, but keep it there. Straighten your leg so its like the leg in 1, then return to position 2. 10 reps then switch legs.

Squeeze your butt cheeks together and hold for ten seconds and repeat 10 times twice a day! It will also strengthen your core!
